L’Auberge de l’Ile Enchantée was established in 1940 and was taken over by the Jacq in 2001.
The Auberge is firmly anchored in the French tradition of offering a gourmet cuisine that elegantly combines recipes of yesteryear with today’s contemporary flavors.
