L’Auberge de l’Ile Enchantée was established in 1940 and was taken over by the Jacq in 2001.
The Auberge is firmly anchored in the French tradition of offering a gourmet cuisine that elegantly combines recipes of yesteryear with today’s contemporary flavors.
Jacq menus, which he renews with the changing seasons, take, combine and enhance the only best seasonal and regional products.
